The 2009 LAGIP conference - attended by approaching 100 members of staff from probation and also by some of our partners/stakeholders in the South West - focused on the topic of Same Sex Domestic Violence, a topic largely ignored in the Criminal Justice System.
The conference had presentations of recent research studies undertaken in this area by academics in the UK and in Canada.
We also had presentations and workshops delivered by Broken Rainbow - the only same sex domestic violence helpline in the UK.
Some of the materials from the conference are available from this page and may be of use to you.
