It is becoming commonplace for employers and employees to consider the needs of lesbian and gay staff. However, further awareness of bisexuality is still needed in most workplaces.
Many bisexuals are presumed to be gay or straight depending on their relationship status which leads to an either/or view of sexual orientation. Raising awareness in your organisation can help employees and policy makers consider the true variety of sexual orientation. It will also help your bisexual employees feel included.
The materials that form LAGIP's bisexual awareness campaign can help with this. It comprises 3 distinct posters and an accompanying leaflet, all in PDF format, which can be downloaded and displayed at your office.
Poster 1: Being bisexual is not sitting on the fence

Poster 2: Being bisexual doesn't make me indecisive!

Poster 3: Partner wanted, gender not important

Accompanying Leaflet: Supporting your bisexual employees
We hope that you'll find these useful. If you have any comments or queries regarding the campaign, please contact us.
